- Precise GPS location only when Safety Mode or Emergency SOS is activated
- Location sharing is always user-initiated and can be disabled at any time
- Location data is encrypted in transit and at rest

- Provide and improve the STAND/WITH/ME platform
- Process payments and manage pre-authorizations through Stripe Connect
- Verify activist identities
- Send transaction confirmations and platform updates
- Ensure platform safety and prevent fraud
- Generate anonymized, aggregated analytics

- Stripe — Payment processing
- Clerk — Authentication services
- PostHog — Anonymized analytics (no PII)
- Legal Aid Partners — Only when you explicitly request assistance
- Law Enforcement — Only when required by valid legal process

- Government ID images deleted after verification is complete
